Our onsite ticket office is open prior to our performance, Please check our social media for opening times and availability.
Complimentary tickets can only be redeemed at our onsite ticket office. We do not leave any spare seats for complimentary tickets, we advise doing this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
These are available prior to the performance and during our interval.
We do not allow food or drink inside the bigtop that has been purchased from other vendors/businesses.
Once tickets are already purchased we don't issue refunds.
We charge children from 2 to 15 yrs of age. Under 2's are free, we do not allocate them a seat as they are required to be seated on parents' lap during the performance.
We no longer allow photography/video recording during the performance.
